All products comes with a 3-year warranty from SECONDNATVRE. Full details here.

For exchanges, kindly email secondnatvre@gmail.com within 30 days upon receipt of shipment, and we will assist you accordingly. Items returned must be in unused condition. Please keep the original packaging and invoice intact. 

Due to different screen calibrations and leather hide batches, do note that the leather grain & color may vary from photos to actual product. As our products are handmade, do note it may have minor inconsistencies. Such reasons will not be valid for exchange.

Items may subject to import duties and taxes by your local customs, please check with your local customs for rates. Customers are responsible for all payment of import duty and taxes under any circumstances.
