Our products are handmade and shipped out from Singapore. For made-to-order items, kindly allow 1-2 weeks for item to be made. Completed orders and in-stock items will be mailed out within 1-3 working days. We ship worldwide using Singapore Post registered mail with tracking. Tracking numbers will be sent via email upon all registered mail shipment.

We will not be liable for lost mail sent via Singapore Post local normal mail
